Abstract
Epidermoid cysts are commonly found benign lesions throughout the body with a significant low incidence in the head and neck regions. Floor of the mouth is the most commonly affected site in the oral cavity, but tonsillar finding is exceptionally rare. Here we present an exceptional incidence of an epidermoid cyst in the right palatine tonsil detected incidentally.
